We now have talented sourcing teams in UK&I, Poland & Hungary and due to continued development we have an opportunity in Gdansk for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist The role will support Investment Banking recruitment hiring for Poland with potential to support the UK&I and CE5 teams. As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, your role will be to proactively build a network of qualified, interested and available candidates to fill key roles within our partner organisations throughout the globe. You will be an expert in your field, determine the best approach to identify candidates and populate talent pipelines, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, presenting candidates and providing advice by Insight Led Sourcing.
